Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept and how to have it corrected or erased. It is written to meet the notice requirement of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (the DPDP Act).

Last updated:

1. Who is responsible for your data

AI2N.ai is operated by the organisation named below, which is the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this notice.

RobotSpace AI Industries Private Limited

Madurai 625020
Tamil Nadu, India

2. What this website collects

This site has two forms. Neither asks for anything beyond what is needed to reply to you, and there are no other collection points — no account creation, no payment, no file upload.

Network demo request

The short form in the page header collects one field:

Field Why it is needed
Email addressTo send you the demo details you asked for

Pilot registration

The institutional pilot form collects three fields, plus your explicit confirmation:

Field Why it is needed
Full nameTo address you correctly when we reply
School or trust nameTo prepare a response relevant to your institution
Official email addressTo reply to your enquiry
Your confirmationA record that you consented to be contacted, and that you are authorised to enquire on the institution's behalf

Both forms also contain a hidden field that is invisible to you and must stay empty. It exists only to catch automated spam submissions; if you are a person filling in the form, it collects nothing about you.

We do not knowingly collect any data about children through this website. These forms are for school and trust administrators. Please do not submit a student's name, contact details or any other personal data about a child.

3. What we use it for

We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry about the AI2N.ai network and, if you take it further, to arrange a demonstration or pilot.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a marketing profile, and we do not use it to train any machine-learning model.

4. Our basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it — see section 7.

5. Where your data is sent and stored

Form submissions travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection to the AI2N.ai application service, which runs on Microsoft Azure in the Central India region. Your data is stored in India.

Microsoft, as our cloud infrastructure provider, processes this data on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and pilot-registration records for three years from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.

If your institution becomes a customer, the records that form part of that relationship are kept for the life of the contract and for the period our statutory and audit obligations require afterwards. Those are governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this notice.

You do not have to wait for the three years to expire. Ask us to erase your data at any point and we will, unless we are required to keep it — see section 7.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold — a summary of your data and who we have shared it with.
  • Correct it — update anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  • Erase it — delete your data where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Withdraw consent — stop us contacting you, at any time.
  • Nominate someone — name a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
  • Complain — raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our answer.

To exercise any of these, write to our Grievance Officer using the details in section 9. We will respond within the period the DPDP Act requires.

8. Cookies and tracking

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We do not know who you are as you browse, and we do not follow you to other sites.

Two cookies are set by our hosting platform, named ARRAffinity and ARRAffinitySameSite. They keep your session on the same server while you use the site. They are strictly necessary for the site to work, contain no information about you, and are not used for tracking.

We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No other external service is contacted.

9. Contact and grievances

For anything in this notice, including to exercise the rights in section 7, contact our Grievance Officer.

Grievance Officer

grievance@robotspace.ai

We acknowledge privacy requests within 7 days and respond substantively within 30 days. If your request is complex enough that we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

For anything else, write to info@robotspace.ai.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects the data you have already given us, we will contact you directly rather than rely on you noticing.
